Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Head for the state-of-the-art fitness center or lounge on the pool deck overlooking the ocean. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 15 minutes to the Aventura Mall and 40 minutes to Sawgrass Mills.

The Tides will charge guests $30 per fob at check in. Fobs are small electronic devices used to unlock the doors to the common areas. You will be required to purchase at least one fob for every two members of your party 16 years or older upon arrival. They will also give you wristbands to be worn for access to the pool area.
THE BUILDING HAS IMPOSED SIGNIFICANT HANDLING FEES FOR PACKAGES RECEIVED FOR GUESTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL HANDLING CHARGES FOR YOUR PACKAGES. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUARANTEEING RATES CHARGED.
