The living area has plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day with your favorite morning treat at the breakfast bar. There is also a large Florida room with a dining table for six to gather around the family. A sofa and chair provide an additional seating area. This spacious and serene getaway sleeps up to six people. Hop on the close by, free Trolley and explore the quaint Island shops and restaurants. Take a short stroll to the Ugly Grouper in Holmes Beach for a little live music in their tropical, open-air venue. The Gulf of Mexico is in walking distance with a beach access at the end of 65th St.

The pool area is a stunning oasis and after a day at the beach enjoy a refreshing swim in your own private 18 ft. by 11 ft. pool and spa. Enjoy the sunshine and relax surrounded by tropical landscaping.
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are three parking spaces available in the driveway at Ebb Tide.
Ebb Tide is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 20 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.
