## Space Victorian by nature, modern by design, this beautifully remodeled historic home is the perfect space for midsize groups looking to embed themselves into a charming southern neighborhood during their stay in Music City. Walking distance to some of East Nashville's most famed restaurants and coffee shops, 2 miles from 5 Points and a quick 10 minute lyft/uber to downtown, you'll experience all the best that Nashville has to offer all while having relaxing accommodations to lay your head down after full days of fun! Like a photo out of Pleasantville, our home is distinctly marked with a white picket fence, lush greenery and a wraparound porch with a swing. Once in the front door you'll be greeted by the front seating room. Here you will find two relaxing captains chairs ideal for conversation and a writing desk that we have adorned with a guestbook, Nashville guidebook & attractions brochures and of course, the WIFI Password! To your left you'll enter the living room. A stark contrast from the down-home vibes of the sitting room, the living rooms modern decor and bold colors feel like a room out of a New York loft. Black & white accents with a pop of pink, natural light floods this space making it a perfect gathering spot for you and your guests. A cash bar makes it convenient to enjoy a cocktail together before hitting the town or walking down to grab dinner, and a 50" flatscreen SmartTV makes it easy to relax after a long day of touring. Our SmartTV allows you to watch Netflix, Hulu or other streaming channels, and is controlled by being connected to your phone using the wifi! The grand dining room is the perfect space for hosting formal meals or gathering for a quick breakfast! Past the dining room you'll find the sleeping and bathing quarters of the home, as well as the kitchen. A long hallway separates 2 full bathrooms from each other, giving all guests easy access to use. Both bathrooms are filled with all the necessities: Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. This hallway also boasts the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin trundle, and a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds. When designing the bedrooms, we were able to utilize original pieces of the home that were replaced in the remodel including the original windows as a headboard on the master bed and an old bike & pallets to create a vanity in the twin bedroom. Through the hallway you'll gain full access to the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen is home to all the basic cooking tools you'll need to concoct that favorite traditional family meal. Along with pots & pans, dishes, utensils and tools, the kitchen is also fully stocked with coffee, creamer and sugar for that morning cup ‘o jo! And last, but surely not least, off of the kitchen towards the back of the home is the 3rd bedroom. A full sized bed with a twin trundle underneath, this bedroom is perfect for those looking for a little more privacy from the rest of the group without sacrificing any of the comfort! On the other side of the kitchen you'll also find the laundry & mudroom. Guests will have full use to the washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and cleaning supplies should they need them. ## Access The entire house is yours and yours alone. Guests will have full access to all household amenities including a full kitchen and washer & dryer. The property is shared with a historic carriage house that has its own tenants, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them! ## Interaction All the answers to your questions regarding the home will be listed in the Household Manual left with your welcome basket in the home.
