Chateau Sullivan sits on 3 acres and had 8 large bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps 18. Lots of covered dreamy outdoor spaces with plenty of seating for all. The house has a English garden and a small vineyard to overlook. There is a LARGE family Entertainment room with pleny of cozy seating for everyone to watch movies or lounge. The entertainment room also has a slate ping pong table/poker table/ game table with checkers and chess/ many board and card games for everyone**photos coming soon**The kitchen has a prep/breakfast room with a brand new professional gas double oven and range with 8 burners .The backyard has a large outdoor kitchen for family cookouts, that overlooks the garden and large back deck. Only a 5 minute drive to Warren Dunes State Park/Beach and only a 3 minute walk into town !! 3 fabulous restaurants, coffee shop and 2 grocery stores.
