Welcome Home! Private Master Bedroom Available! Located in this gated community, this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome has it all (2nd bedroom has a guest staying there)! This end unit townhome is situated in the back of the community, on a cul de sac and backs to open space. An outdoor enthusiast's dream next to Sinton Trail and near Garden of the Gods! The oversized 2 car garage is on the lower level along with a large storage closet as well as another one inside the home (Spot may be available). The main level boasts beautiful wood laminate floors, high ceilings and a great open concept floorplan. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace and walkout to a covered patio overlooking Sinton Trail, community common green area and those Mountain Views! There is a nicely appointed dining area and a kitchen which has a bar, beautiful tiled countertops, all black appliances and an ample sized pantry. The half bath is off of the kitchen. Upstairs there is the laundry closet- washer and dryer included and the two bedrooms each with their own walk in closet and attached bathroom (2nd bedroom has a guest staying there). The master has a double vanity and large shower along with those amazing Mountain Views! There is a second bedroom which has a guest staying there. Unit is located on the Sinton Trail and the open space! There are ceiling fans, blinds are included and Central air conditioning. Located near Garden of the Gods, I-25, shopping, restaurants and more!
