The apartment is a second floor walk-up. We have upgraded amenities such as new appliances with water/ice dispenser, Keurig single cup, full-pot coffee maker and French press along with complimentary snacks. Kitchen is fully stocked. Extra off street spot in rear (small car). Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember.
There is a balcony off of the parlor room that guests can enjoy, with (seasonally dependen) 2 chairs and electric candles. Use the remote located on the balcony to turn them on.
There is also a small balcony off of the main bedroom which is great for getting a summer breeze through. There is also a fold-out twin size bed in the main bedroom if needed.
Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment except for the attic and a couple of locked cabinets for owner/housekeeping use only. There is also a shared space backyard with seating and a basement with laundry appliances
