Whether its in the summer or winter, this house is perfect for all season activities! This property has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep 14 people!
The things that made me fall in love with this property is how close it is to Burt Lake, but also how much privacy you have with the yard to enjoy your company.
Summer: We have 200ft of canal frontage to keep boats out front and you can be on Burt lake within seconds! The canal out front is perfect to fish out of as well, right from the backyard. There is a public launch right around the corner.
Winter: Lots of snowmobile and ATV trails around this area or even ice fishing!
