Summary:
Cute historic four-bedroom home located in downtown Saint Charles, MO is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms ensures a cozy stay every time.
This property has been recently renovated from top to bottom. We were able to salvage a lot of the original hundred-year-old woodwork, and we have updated the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and small balcony perfect for sipping wine or coffee.
Check out the game room in the lower level.
The Space:
On the main floor, is the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom, and one queen bedroom.
On the second floor upstairs, is the master bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed.
Each bedroom has its own private closet, smart TV, USB, ports, bedside, box fan, luggage rack, and hangers.
The walkout lower level features a game room with a large, smart TV, foosball table, air, hockey table, ping-pong table, sitting area. Don’t forget to check out the selfie room. Also, located in the lower level is the washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe in the historic part of Saint Charles, where homes were built in the late 1800s. You are fairly close downtown Saint Charles, where there are lots of amazing restaurants and shopping.
Other Things to Note:
We do not allow parties of any kind. We are closely monitored by the city for a loud noise and excessive traffic.
Interaction with Guests:
Hosts will observe guests privacy during stay with little to no face-to-face interaction. We are available for any need that may arise.
