The Spotted Sandpiper is a 4 acre property on beautiful Cayuga Lake! We have the largest occupancy of any private lakefront property in the greater Ithaca area and are accessed down a private 1/2 mile road. Perfect for family reunions and retreats, The Spotted Sandpiper has 2 houses, 9 cabins, and 2 yurts at the end of a 1/2 mile private road. With 400 feet of lake frontage and 7 docks, we're the perfect destination for large groups. We can currently sleep 85 and will be adding a few more units over the winter of 2019-2020.
We also rent our units separately. Guests who rent the entire property (excluding a small seasonal renter section at the top of the property) receive a discount off of our individual unit prices, as well as saving on insurance liability payments and cleaning fees. We only block out dates on this listing when we're at least 80% booked and encourage prospective guests to contact us directly regarding availability.
