This modern, updated home in the Village is just a short walk from downtown and the beach.
Our home sleeps 8, has a master bedroom with queen bed and full master bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. Please note fireplace in this bedroom is not usable. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. A second full bath is located off these 3 bedrooms. You will love the open floor concept kitchen/eating area with nook and spacious great room with vaulted ceiling and french doors to large private deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. There is a fire pit in the back yard for cozy fall fires. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and new furniture in the great room. There is a separate dining/game room with games for kids young and old! Internet is provided and there are smart TV’s in the Great Room and all bedrooms.
Our home includes central air and a washer/dryer off the kitchen. An additional full size refrigerator/freezer in located in the 2 car attached garage. The front of the house features a screened in porch with porch furniture.
There are bicycles for our guests use and also beach chairs and umbrella for your short bike ride to the beach at Lake Michigan.
