The Atlantic crashing waves immediately in front or the serene lily pond to the right, the direct water views are outstanding from every room. A three mile stretch of sandy beach is at your doorstep, who could want more? After a fun packed day at the beach - surfing, finding shells, kayaking sit back and enjoy a lobster picnic or grilling in the side yard by the pond.
New renovations include gleaming refinished hardwood floors throughout including the porch, freshly painted bright seaside décor and a new bathroom.
The expansive porch, living room with fireplace, separate dining room with built in china closet, single bedroom/study, kitchen with laundry and a 3/4 bathroom complete the first floor. Antique furnishings throughout complimented with the addition of new sofas and bright new cushions on wicker chairs. Just outside the kitchen door is a generous yard that wraps around the front of the house yielding over 180 degrees of water view, both ocean front and pond side, to delight every hour.
The second floor has four generous bedrooms with ocean view from every room, ample closet space and a bright all new bathroom with vanity, relaxing tub/shower, wainscoting, marble tile floor and view of ocean too!
