Located on a quiet street in Shorewood, just steps away from the Oak Leaf Bike Trail and Estabrook Park and Biergarten; a short walk or bike ride away from the business district with shops and restaurants and the stunning Atwater Beach. This 2 story 3 bedroom (1 King and 3 twin beds) and 1.5 bathroom private townhome is stylishly updated with plenty of outdoor space to entertain or relax. Host is nearby for quick response.
This cozy, updated townhome has classic mid century modern design with an updated, contemporary style. The recently updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher, gas stove, and large sink. You'll find plenty of supplies to cook and entertain. The half bath room is located on the first floor. There is a dining area which opens to the living area. A beverage cart in the dining area has supplies for mixing a cocktail, making coffee, and a selection of tea. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the 55" TV equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick. Or play a board game, found in the entry closet.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a newer Nectar memory foam mattress, premium pillows, and natural cotton bedding. There is a ceiling fan and black out blinds for your sleeping comfort. You can use the built-in desk as a vanity or work station.
The second bedroom has two new memory foam twin beds. The third bedroom has a memory foam twin bed and a desk wich can be used as a vanity or work station. the closet has built-in organization, too.
The updated full bathroom is on the second floor. You'll find a deep bath tub with a shower, lots of storage space for cosmetics and toiletries, and new Turkish cotton bath towels. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available as well as a hair dryer.
In the basement, you will find a washer and dryer for your use in the utility room. The clothes chute is accessible on the first and second floors, and deposits items in the basement. There is another partially finished room for your use as a rec room or exercise area.
Outside there is a private landscaped patio right outside the kitchen back door, with a fire table pit and chairs, grill, along with a small dining table and chairs. In the front yard there is a larger firepit with chairs available for guest use and a garden with herbs and flowers. Photos will be added in the Spring/Summer 2025.
The host can provide additional items upon request, such as: a pack and play, high chair, baby bath, beach gear and blankets, bikes, cooking supplies (roasting pan, food processor, etc.), and snow shoes.
The host uses natural cleaning products and no synthetic air fresheners or laundry detergents. High speed Wifi is on site. The kitchen faucet has a high quality under the counter water filter.
