Summary: The first room we were assigned did not have ANY lotion or conditioner (both bottles were empty), and the sheets in one bed had blood on them and the pillow! We told the front desk about that and were offered new sheets to "remake the bed ourselves". I refused and then asked for another room. We were handed a new room key to move our things we had unpacked at 9:30 at night. The new room was nice.
