Welcome to Watermarq 1, the first floor condo in the Watermarq Condominium Building located on the corner of Lakeshore Boulevard and Spring Street. A historic building brought back to life in 2007 when it was renovated into three condos (one on each floor, only the first floor is for rent) all with amazing views of the Lower Harbor in downtown Marquette. The condo has Lower Harbor views from the master bedroom, living room , and dining area. You'll be in walking distance to everything downtown Marquette has to offer, including Ellwood Mattson Park, restaurants, bars, the bike path, children's museum, Peter White Public Library, the beach, the breakwall etc. We have strollers, pak-n-play, high chairs, and much more available at your request. Eight people are easily accommodated with a King Room, Queen Room, Queen and Full Room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the great room. And did I mention the stained concrete floors and in-floor heat!?! You are going to love this place!
This condo is located on the first floor. You enter the condo thru a large mudroom area, that opens up into a HUGE great room containing a living room with sectional and TV, a separate sitting area with queen sleeper sofa and two club chairs perfect for a little catching up or family game night, a dining area that seats 8 comfortably, and a gourmet kitchen with seating for 4 at the island. There are also three bedrooms that open off of the main space and two full baths. Including a master suite with master bedroom, bathroom with huge walk-in marble shower, jetted tub, and walk-in closet (which also doubles great as an extra room for someone in a pak-n-play. At the other end of the kitchen is a Queen guest suite with a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in marble shower. Across from the Queen guest suite is another large bedroom with a Queen bed a Full size bed and a large walk in closet and laundry area.
Condo also has WiFi, of course, cable, a four burner gas range for cooking, a quaint front porch to sit outside and enjoy the views, a one car garage for parking or storing all of your gear, and additional on-site outdoor parking as well for multiple cars. Additional storage is available in the basement (which can be accessed by elevator) if necessary.
