This home is ideally located for convenience just off Hwy. 111 Easy access to 10 fwy . 3 minutes to downtown Palm Springs & 3 min. to Aerial Tramway. 2100 sq feet inside and lots more room with the outdoor living spaces... 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. You will enter through locked gates to the beautifully landscaped yard, and then another locked gate at the front door, before arriving through the front entry with a fish pond. Blackout drapes in all bedrooms & 4 charging stations. Lots of attention to detail in this home. Lots of extra amenities including smart TVs so you can connect to your Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts, and 75 inch TV in the family room. There is an espresso machine and wine cooler and a large formal dining area for great dinner parties. Read the reviews, you will love this place. The pool area is private with lush landscaping.
