For safety and dust control, the 15 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the community. Parking is limited to five vehicles in the driveway, with no street parking allowed. Seasonal fire bans may be in effect; during these times, campfires are not permitted, and a sign will be posted at the fire pit when restrictions apply.
