Fort Lauderdale and Miami Int´l airports are 20 mins and 40 mins away respectively. South Beach is 45 minutes away.

The home features a contemporary, yet very cozy open floor plan, with lots of natural light and tropical soothing backyard views. The setting provides unity to the guests, regardless if one wants to enjoy a meal in the dining room, casually eat in the kitchen island bar, or sit in the living room overlooking the calming tropical appealing plants around the pool backyard area.
The brand new kitchen features ample All-white quartz counter tops with lots of comfortable workspace for families and friends that want to enjoy time together while preparing meals or drinks inside. All cabinetry is new with implacable storage space filled with all necessary equipment for those who enjoy meal preparation in a calming beautiful setting. New Stainless Steel appliances compliment the space, including a quite dishwasher, glass top electric range, large French door refrigerator and microwave.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking set, all-white dishes, silverware, serving plates, measuring cups, strainers and other essentials for meal preparation.
There is a totally renovated middle bathroom fitted with elegant modern ceramic tiles throughout. It features lots of natural light and a tub/shower combination emphasizing cleanliness all around.
There are three bedrooms featuring impeccable All-white linens, professionally washed for each of the arriving guests. The master bedroom features a King size bed and the other two rooms feature Queen size beds. The beds are fitted with super soft 600-count Threat, 100% Cotton All White sheets and pillow cases, as well as super cozy comforter duvet combination. There are ceiling fans in each of the rooms.
The master bath also features lots of natural light, new modern and appealing porcelain tiles and vanity. The guests are provided with high quality All-White towels and brand new soap, shampoo and conditioner packages for their convenience.
There are New full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Once you step outside, the calming breeze gently moves the palm trees and plants around the pool, comforting everyone who enters the area. Sitting in the modern chase lounge underneath the Tiki Hut can be a therapeutic experience on its own. It pleasantly overlooks the pool area and can be the perfect setting to enjoy whether in company or by oneself while reading a book, having an early morning cup of coffee, or having cocktails with family or friends.
Outside there is also a gas grill with all necessary utensils to use, two modern chase lounge sun bathing beds, and a small table for outside meals or work space underneath the Tiki Hut.
The pool is brand new, and regardless of the time of the year or the temperature in the air, you can be rest assured the crystal clear water will be warm to welcome you anytime you are ready to take your relaxing experience to another level. While in the pool you´ll be surrounded by natural views of palm trees and tropical landscape all around you.
For those of you that want/need to take work with you, all of the above spaces have been chosen by many of our guests to have conference calls or work on their computers since the house is fitted with high speed internet that works well inside as well as outside of the house.
