This home is simply stunning! Luxurious open floor plan with coffered ceilings, hardwood floors and gas fireplace. Beautifully furnished, custom built pine dining table that seats 10 comfortably in addition to four people around the island bar. Upgraded kitchen with gas stove. There is a 65 inch TV above fireplace. You will love the Coastal vibe of this home and the impressive amenities in this community including indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, huge eloquently appointed clubhouse and full health/work out facilities. There is a three mile hike/bike/walking trail as well.
The first floor suite has a king bed with 50 inch smart TV and en-suite full bath with double sink, granite counter tops, floor and shower. This room is very bright and airy and is just off the main living area. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor-one queen and one with two queens that share a full bath on that level. The second floor has an "in-law" suite with living area, full bath and additional bedroom with king bed. The lower level also has an additional living and dining area plus 75 inch flat screen TV. There is one king bedroom and the second bedroom has three twins. There is a full bath between the two bedrooms.
Coastal Club is one of the most amenity rich communities at the Beach. Food and bar service is available in the club Thursday through Sunday and sometimes one day during the week.
Guests provide sheets, towels, soap and paper products for their stay.
$95/per guest fee for use of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, gym and clubhouse for one week. There is no fee for children 5 and under. Daily pass can be purchased for $25/day. Purchase of amenity passes is optional.
Pet fee--$250/week 1 dog. $400/week 2 dogs. Shorter stays are prorated.
