This wonderful house was hit by a tornado in 2010, ripped the roof right off, due to this unfortunate event, this 1930 built house was gutted, totally renovated and elevated to make a basement with pool table, television and weight lifting workout station, and the addition of a huge, 2 story garage. Master Suite has En Suite bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub, and has a king bed, TV set, a dresser and a closet. The other 3 bedrooms all have king bunk beds. House has a top capacity on demand water heater. There is a boat well in the back on the canal that is connected to Lake Erie. House has parking for 4 or 5 cars. Perfect for the Fermi III shutdown and the fishing tournaments.
