The neighbors have access to their dock which is deeded access past our home. There is a beach to the left of our home which we do not own. There are multiple points to get in the water on our property.

- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
