4 Bedroom House in Center Avenue Historic District, Bay City
Thank you for considering a stay at our home in Bay City, Michigan! This is a 3 story Victorian home that your group will have to yourselves. The entrances feature digital key pads. You will be given the code approximately an hour before check in time. The code will be the same for both doors. The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, gas stove/oven, refrigerator with ice/water in-door). Off the kitchen is a butler's pantry that provides oodles of storage and leads to a half bath. The dining room is attached to the other side of the kitchen, with a large 9' dining room table for family meals and one high chair. Additional seating for 3 people is at the kitchen island. Through the dining room is the living room with a electric fireplace and baby grand piano. The living room has a large sectional, 2 reclining chairs and a Roku tv so you can stream using your personal log-ins/accounts. The billiards room offers a full size oak slate table and plenty of pool cues to chose from. Through the billiards room is the library which has a work station with high speed internet, many boxed games, futon, treadmill, hand weights, yoga mat, and pack and play for baby. The library does not have a door.
The second floor features 4 bedrooms, 3 full beds, 1 queen. All bedrooms have doors, however they do not lock. Two baths, one with a deep claw foot soaker tub, the other with a shower. Large groups may wish to stagger shower/bath times to allow the water heater time to regenerate. A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, portable ironing board. In addition, we offer 2 queen size air mattresses if needed to accommodate your group. These will only be set up upon request in the rooms of your choice. Please advise at least 1 day prior to check-in.
The third floor (formerly servant quarters) is vacant, blocked off and not part of this rental. Please do not try to enter this area. The basement is also not included, please only enter if you need to access the fuse box. The fuse box is located at the bottom of the stairs through the kitchen. Access to the garage is not available.
Front porch with table & 4 chairs-additional folding lawn chairs available, side porch, gas grill, fountain, parking for 4 vehicles unobstructed-can fit plenty more but may need to move cars to allow other cars out if more than 4 in driveway. Window air conditioning units installed (in kitchen, bedrooms, billiards room) during summer. Additional amenities: Keurig and coffee maker, convection oven, ice/water in refrigerator door in kitchen, air fryer, crock pot, blender, mixer, toaster, toaster oven.
Close to river, parks, grocery store, gas station, shopping mall, thrift stores, cannabis stores, rail trail shopping, church, restaurants, bars, antique mall, etc..
Both doors are equipped with security cameras. No other cameras are on the property.
