House is part of the Mays Point development, which is on the North West side of Castle Rock Lake. A quick walk out the back door leads to a secluded bay of the lake, and 1/4 mile from the front door is boat slip/launch.The boat slip which can be rented is on a specified pier, but all association piers can be used to fish from or drop canoes/kayaks into water.
The layout makes this home perfect for multiple family gatherings as there are sleeping areas on all 3 floors, 2 separate kitchen areas, a wheelchair accessible entrance and equipped bathroom.
Vaulted ceilings and a sunroom ensure everyone will enjoy the marvelous towering pine views, and stars at night. Your Gazebo sits right off the main living room on attached deck, and is an attraction all its own.
Basement contains a ping pong table for famiiy tournaments. Other included entertainment in the home is a poker/dining table, board games, and DVD player.
The home has Fiber Optic Internet (300 mg) and professionally installed Google/Nest products including Keyless door locks, Smart Thermostat, and a Google mesh router with multiple points. Smart TVs throughout the house for your use with any of your streaming accounts. There is one exterior camera (garage mounted) on property.
Kitchen is fully stocked with a full arsenal of cooking tools. There is a traditional Mr. Coffee machine, as well as a Keurig with frother, for lattes and cappuccinos. Preferences vary so please bring your own coffee beans and K Cups, but feel free to use anything that is present.

It is a 5-7 minute drive to the main entrance of the park and it's public beach, fishing docks, and kayak/canoe launch. The park even offers free snow show rental in winter to explore their trails.
Devils Head and Cascade Ski resorts are an easy drive away, as well as the Wisconsin Dells Tourist area. Horseback Riding, Golf Courses, Parasailing and the Elroy-Sparta bike trails are also nearby.
