This house is located on one acre of land. It has a beautiful lake view with 375 feet of lake frontage including a beach. Vacations here can be quiet due to the lack of lake activity in the summer. It will feel like you are here by yourself because of the woods on either side sheltering the house from the neighbors. The bedrooms are configured as follows: 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bedroom has a queen size; two bedrooms have twin beds. Eight people can easily be accommodated. We could even set up a one-person portable cot in one of the bedrooms with the twins which might aid some families with young kids. There is a very comfortable porch that wraps around the north and east sides of the house. The gas grill is located on this porch. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle boat available. The entrance to the water does not drop suddenly drop off, it is very gradual allowing youngsters to play in the shallow portion without fear of getting over their heads quickly. A standby generator provides automatic power in the unlikely event of a power outage. The entire house is Wifi enabled with cable and netflix available.
