• Please moderate noise - including television volume and conversations - especially later in the evening
• There is a $100 Disturbance Fee (imposed by the apartment complex) that will be passed on to the guest if violated
• Repeated noise disturbances may result in additional fines or eviction
• Noise Monitors are in each unit
