Summary: I stayed one night before a medical procedure. At check in (3:15pm) I was told that I needed to wait for the manager to come over with the computer password. When I was finally checking in, they charged me the walk in rate even though I had a reservation for less money (about $15 more). I paid it to not cause a scene. As soon as I got to the room, I noticed it was very dated. Doing a walk through, I noticed there was no bath towels or fridge for my medicine. I went back to the front desk and there was a note stating that they were away and to come back later (so I never got a towel). The bed had springs poking me all night, and the neighboring room started fighting around 2am. The neighbors tried to break open the door joining the rooms, but were unsuccessful. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep and will definitely not return.
