Summary: The original room was not the one I requested as it didn’t match the room I picked on the app. It was supposed to be a king bed but instead had two double beds. The beds were made up but the linens were stained snd one of the beds had long hairs in it. The room also didn’t look as it had been cleaned with care from the look of the floor. I went to management and they found me another room which did match the description of what I picked and the linens were acceptable. However, it too had an issue I found out overnight which was there was a leak perhaps from the toilet because the floor was wet around it. This property really needs to be overhauled and a better cleaning staff hired. I may not be picking this property again in the future.
