This is a newly constructed 1 bedroom apartment above our detached garage. You will have your own separate keyless entrance and dedicated parking space. From the parking pad there are 2 steps up to the entrance and an interior flight of stairs with a railing.
There is a 42" Samsung Smart TV on full-motion TV mount, with Netflix available for viewing. Other streaming apps are available to use via the Roku platform, with your own user account.
A Keurig, French Press, and Pour Over coffee brewers are available with assorted K-cups, a reusable K-cup for grounds, Starbucks coffee beans, and coffee filters. French vanilla creamer is available in the refrigerator. A spice/coffee grinder is available as well as filtered water from the refrigerator.
Adult hybrid bicycles and helmets are available upon request for those wanting to explore the city or nearby trails!
Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.
A sound machine is located in the bedroom nightstand.
