This is a spacious house, the common areas are large and inviting, the deck is 1800 sf and the backyard is huge. Great for a family & friends get-together or kickback. Maximum 8 people in the house at one time, guests per booking only.
Stay in and watch a movie/Netflix in the theater, it has state of the art equipment.
Have a drink in the wet bar while you watch the game/fight.
Grill a steak or burger on the outdoor grill/kitchen, then enjoy it sitting next to the gas fire pit.
Chill in the 6 person hot tub on the deck.
Wind down and read a book or play a board game by the fireplace, lots of books and games available in the office.
Cook instead of going out to eat, the kitchen has everything you need to cook in, even spices, just bring the groceries and please wash the dishes after.

Go golfing, 2 golf club sets available and three beautiful courses right on the island.
Go on a walk or biking, many gorgeous trails to discover and water views to enjoy.
Go on a helicopter ride, or take flying lessons, the private airport is only a few minutes away.
Visit the alpaca farm that's just down the road.
Take a boat tour, they’ll take you around the entire island.
There are many restaurants and shops right on the island.
You will be 30 minutes away from Downtown Detroit, which has everything: fine dining, all 4 major league sports teams, 3 casinos, concerts, beautiful architecture, and much more!
