It’s walking distance to Indian River and the Melbourne Orlando International Airport. Plus, it’s only a few miles from the beach, Downtown Melbourne, Eau Gallie, and more! There’s also a small dog park down the road.
This is an attached guesthouse with an open concept (about 250 sq ft) and a shared fenced in back yard. The guesthouse features its own air conditioning/heat, dining room table and 2 chairs, kitchenette with a 7.5 cu ft fridge/top freezer, an air fryer/microwave/oven combo, and a kitchen sink, as well as a large closet with a 50″ TV, a bedroom with a full size bed, and 2 chairs. The smart TV is a Fire TV with WiFi provided so that you can use your favorite apps. Disclaimer: there is a pool in the backyard with a pool cover, but it is not for guests. The left side of the yard (to the left of the pool) can be used by guests. I also have a dog and guests are allowed to bring their pets so it’s possible to encounter my dog and/or dog poop if you are in the backyard. Please keep dogs to the yard to the left side of the pool and on a leash. Guests are allowed to smoke outside and vape inside/outside. There is also a Level 2 car charger available by request and at an extra cost.
