This charming 2 bedroom country home is close to town and only 0.5 mile away to Shawano Lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
There is a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The 1st floor bedroom consists of a queen bed along with a twin size bed and the 2nd floor bedroom has a king size bed along with a double bed.
For entertainment Shawano Lake is right down the road also with close by restaurants. There is a fire pit in the yard and complimentary wood and a foosball table to enjoy.
We love this home because it is in the country and private, but yet close to restaurants and the lake! Its a small town with plenty of activities in nearby areas.
Note: There are a variety of bushes and trees that have berries on them please note that these are not edible and could be potentially dangerous to eat so please watch children.
Note: The shop next door is private property and it is used Monday- Fridays. So please stay on the rental property only.
Note: Also no unregistered guests allowed.
-Thermostat is located in the dining room. Go ahead a change that to your desired temperature. If the central air or the furnace is one please keep windows closed.
-No grilling on the deck or in the house
-No smoking/vaping in the house
-There is a Laundromat 0.5 miles from the house.
-Also I like to let guests know ahead of time, we only take credit/debit cards for payment through VRBO.
