Year Round Rental. Located a one minute walk from the Worlds 6th Most Beautiful Lake. Perfect for those who enjoy boating, snowmobiling and hunting! Fully Furnished with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. (You will want to bring own beach towels.) Just recently remodeled with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. New windows so you can smell the water and catch the breeze! Two bedrooms one with Queen Bed and the second with single bunks. Screened in Porch Allows for blow up mattress with frame for additional sleeping space or can be set up in living room. (Maximum 6 ppl in house/porch)
Indoor storage for ORV owners.
The road end dock is located just around the corner which makes it VERY CONVENIENT for the loading and unloading of passengers on a boat. Family park within walking distance, party store/liquor store and restaurant all within walking distance.
SNOWMOBILERS: The trail head is just minutes away and seconds from the lake. Houghton Lake trail is just around the corner. EASY ACCESS FOR SLEDS!
ICEFISHERMEN: Access to lake is 1 minute away. 2013/14 Season was booked solid and fishermen CAUGHT THE FISH!
The back yard is of ample size for tents. Snowmobiles can turn around in yard.
A small secured shed is also available for that 'extra gear' and empty suitcases!
