Enter along a flat, private path into a bright, open living space with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals and includes a breakfast bar for two, Keurig coffee maker with reusable K-cups, and full-size washer and dryer.
The king bedroom sits just off the living area and features a flat-screen Smart TV with Xfinity cable and luxurious 100% cotton Spanish linens for a restful night’s sleep. The full bathroom is easily accessible from the bedroom and main living space.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire carriage house, along with a dedicated off-street parking spot for easy arrivals and departures. The home is well lit and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Please note that the owner’s patio is not available for guest use.
