Positive: The staff was very friendly, the view was great, the room was very easy to warm up in the cold of winter. I even forgot my boots and it wasn't hard at all for the staff to send them in the mail, I thought I was never going to get them back but they were so incredibly helpful and very prompt about the excellent service My girlfriend had absolutely no trouble getting shuttles to the lift as the staff was more than happy to order her shuttles whenever she walked in and they would arrive in a few minutes

Negative: There wasn't anything we disliked, we got exactly what was advertised
