Summary: Quality of the room and hotel were average overall. Seemed a little run down with some things in the room broken and missing parts. The staff was friendly, but when we asked for fixes for our coffee machine and TV remote, there was no follow through. Having to pay for parking seemed excessive since we were not directly in the city and there was a spacious lot. I also wish they had different pillow options on hand because the pillows provides were extremely soft and offered no neck support. The room was relatively clean, but with some spots and dust in places.
