Deeded pier and boat lift, one car garage and private deck included. Two level, two bathrooms and a powder room, beautifully decorated house with all the necessary amenities to make a vacation stay special. Flat screen cable tv in the great room and in each of the two bedrooms, full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Trash pick up at curbside. Rental also includes free WiFi connection. Upgrades include: Culligan water filtration system (no need for bottled water during your stay), granite kitchen counter tops, luxurious wood flooring throughout the upstairs' bedrooms and stairwell, and ceiling fans throughout the house. Access to three pools (one with a beautiful view of the Laguna Madre Bay and another conveniently located next to the clubhouse), professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and clubhouse. Quiet, relaxing, and gated community approximately 25 miles from Mexico and a "hop, skip and a jump" from South Padre Island (approximately 10 miles).
