Spectacular timber frame home, completed in 2009. Sugar sand beach located on a beautiful and protected cove of Grand Traverse Bay. Located just 3 miles north of Northport, MI.
Provides excellent access to swimming, boating and all water related activities.
Large great room with two-story fieldstone fireplace. Gourmet kitchen and large eating area, easily seats 10. Main floor master suite with handicap accessible features. Has queen bed and sitting area which includes daybed and rollout twin. Laundry/Mud room connects with enclosed outdoor shower. Also features a handy deckside foot wash.
Three upstairs bedrooms, with two full upstairs bathrooms/tub. Master suite includes king bed with private balcony overlooking bay. Bonus room sleeps six; Queen bed, one bunk set (twin over full) and two additional twin beds, connects with children's TV/media and play alcove, also with one daybed. Final bedroom with queen bed and crib, with direct view to bay.
