Just outside the patio door is a covered patio with a NG grill and seating area with a large fenced in yard. Walk down the steps and you will immediately be welcomed by a large open concept additional family room with a 3-piece slate pool table, 2 pub style tables for extra seating, and an additional queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper. The lower level has an additional 3 bedrooms and one full bath in the middle. The garage is heated and fully finished with plenty of countertop space for all entertainment needs, including two flat screen TV's to catch all of the pre-game action so you can tailgate right at the house! The garage also has an epoxy floor, infrared heater for cold weather months, ceiling fan, ping pong table, and custom bag toss boards.
