Our unique barn is located in Tuscarawas County 3 miles from Dover and New Phila. We have 100+ acres behind the barn with hiking trails and breathtaking views. We are within minutes of many golf courses, Amish country, Atwood Lake, Tuscora Park, Zoar Village, Trumpet in the Land, Warther’s Museum, The towpath for biking and walking, canoeing, Pro Football Hall of Fame, shopping, many great restaurants, Schoenbrunn Village and many wedding barns.
During your stay, you might see us feeding our farm animals, including horses, goats, ducks, chickens, roosters, peacocks, cows, barn cats, Golden Retrievers and beagles! We are always happy to answer questions and ensure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. We are available either in person because we live on the property or through the app or texting or calling.
We are conveniently situated just 3 miles from downtown New Philadelphia and downtown Dover, and within minutes of local golf courses, wedding barns, Amish Country, horseback riding, Warther’s Museum, Historic Zoar Village, Tuscora Park, Atwood Lake, Schoenbrunn Village, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Excellent local restaurants and coffee shops are only half a mile to 5 miles away.
* There is a lock box by the sliding glass door entering The Barn. The code will be sent to you the day before arrival.
* The Barn is directly in front of the Farmhouse.
* Park in the driveway to the right of the barn.
* You will see wide steps on the side of the Barn. The second sliding glass door is where you enter. There is a picnic table in front of the doors on the patio.

* You are able to roam the entire property.
* The pool is a shared space with 2 other Airbnb’s. But is also private at the same time.
* Hiking trails on the property and many within minutes.
We have plenty of parking. It is best to have your own car. You can door dash and uber eats. Walmart will also deliver.
