This newly remodeled 1,800 square foot
home offers a spacious living room, perfect for family fun, quiet relaxing moments to snuggle up with a good book, or watch the games on the 75” tv.
The kitchen offers all amenities and
basics for cooking and baking, along with a coffee bar….because that’s a necessity, right?!
The second living room offers a futon
for additional sleeping space, plus a 60” Tv and
all your favorite board games. Great space for the kiddos to hang out!
The master bedroom offers a comfy queen
size bed, along with a private full bathroom.
The second bedroom offers
sleeping space for four people, with a full size bed and a twin bunk. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed.
The 1 acre property also provides a
grill and firepit for enjoying the amazing summer nights or warming up around during those chilly winter nights!
Accessibility
The snowmobile trail is across the
street, so you have quick and easy accessibility to hit the trails for a day ride. The marina is located a block from the home, so you are within walking distance to your boat.
You are also within a half hour driving
time to Petoskey, Mackinaw City, and Gaylord, so there are always so many options of great places to check out!
