Summary: Staff was rude. Threatened to throw my dogs out before they even arrived. Room was messy and a lot junkier than pictured. Lots of shady men staying at the hotel. Not a great place for a family with a 5 year old girl. The “waterpark” was filthy. The pools had a slimy film floating on top of them.
