The home features an eat-in kitchen with all new appliances, 1.5 bathrooms, and three bedrooms with a queen size bed, a full size bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. The living room features new sectional seating and and 65” smart tv w/ cable and WiFi. The family room features a sitting area. The cottage sleeps a total of 6 persons. Brand new steel sea wall (2020) with private dock to accommodate up to a 30ft boat. *Please Note: Linens and towels are not provided.
