This is our personal home but we own several rental properties and pride ourselves on providing a space with style, function and amenities. We look forward to giving you a stress-free experience so you can fully enjoy your time in Milwaukee!
Our home is 3400 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor, additional sleeping space for up to 3 people on the 3rd floor, and additional sleeping space for up to 5 people in the finished basement plus half bathroom. Cribs available upon request! Awesome kitchen/great room combo that leads to a beautiful patio with dining and lounge seating. Laundry is in the basement and accessible to guests. A main floor office could also be used as an additional private sleeping space for up to 2 people.
With four finished floors, you will find plenty of space to spread out and accommodate a large group of people. There are Smart TVs in almost every room along with Alexa dots for easy control of lights, temperature, locks, etc. We recently completed our basement renovation (including heated floors and a half bathroom!), which adds a great play space for kids, movie room, or sleeping area. The third level has high vaulted ceilings and is currently home to a trampoline which is a great way for young kids to burn some energy. Our outdoor patio also got a recent upgrade: a new seating area with two couches, two lounge chairs, and coffee table, and also two dining tables that can seat 8 people each. We LOVE to entertain so have done our best to make our home comfortable, accommodating, and fun!
