Summary: Room was great, staff were rude and acted like they hate their jobs. Everyone hates there job be a professional and kind. You should especially not be yelling at customers over a misunderstanding and I would love a refund of at least 3 nights because the customer service was terrible I am a single women traveling alone and I do not have very high expeditions for hotel staff Other than for them to be kind and helpful. Everytime I needed anything it was treated like a major inconvenience.
