This modern lake home is tucked away on a beautiful 3 acre wooded lot on the eastern shore of Upper Nemahbin Lake in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
A large private pier is just steps from the back door so go jump in the lake! Or venture out on the stand up paddle boards or kayaks through several connecting lakes. Soak up the outdoors while grilling your favorites on the Weber, relaxing in the hot tub, while watching the kids on the play-set or watch a movie under the stars on the outdoor projector.
The main floor of the home features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Large sliding doors in the open concept area lead to the outdoor patio, hot tub, and lake access. The office space opens to the living room. The rest of the main floor includes a laundry/mudroom, half bath, & a bedroom w/ an en suite.
The master bedroom is isolated upstairs with a soaking tub & large marble walk-in shower. The rest of the bedrooms are in a separate upstairs area, the in-law suite, newly built above the garage. This area has a sitting area, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an in-home gym.
