Fully equipped kitchen for all your summer needs, a large island for dinners and playing cards. Large smart TVs in each room, soundbar connection, and Wi-Fi throughout. Large living room, dining, and kitchen with new modern appliances. Living room has a leather futon sofa that sleeps two. Two bedrooms, each featuring king size memory foam beds. The second bedroom includes cozy bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite baths with tiled walk-in showers and white quartz countertops.
The property features a landscaped green space with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, grills, and bocce ball. Relax with family and friends on a beautiful Okoboji summer evening.
Parking in front of each unit as well as limited reservable spots for boats and/or jet skis (for the fishermen, electricity available to trickle charge trolling batteries). Perfectly located across from the East Lake Boat Ramp (300 feet), Kum & Go (100 feet), and the Iowa Great Lakes Bike Trail (250 ft).

All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
