Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with a few of caveats. When I arrived there was no tenant manual for things like Wifi Password or garage door opener function (It's a three car garage with the two car section reserved for the tenant.) The opener button is the one of the small buttons not the large button which I assumed would correspond to the larger door. Not a big deal but it caused some frustration because it was raining when I arrived and I had some things I needed to store in the garage. The"couch" is a futon which wasn't very comfortable. The ceiling fan in the living room (the only fan in the home) was set at the lowest speed and the chain removed. It got hot some of the days I was there and the ceiling fan was not effective. Thankfully I had a small fan with me or it would have been miserable. Lastly, the Smart TV would not connect to the Wifi. Luckily I had brought my Firestick with me. This were all minor inconveniences that I was able to overcome/deal with. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
